Dinner with a Side of Jazz: Sculpture on the Farm Weekend

A special three course dinner to celebrate this year's Sculpture on the Farm, at its new home on Dungog Common.

The Royal Hotel's Executive Chef has created a three course menu - entrees, three main courses and three desserts, with selected wines available to match.

Dinner will feature the Dijon Trio, an Australian Jazz group formed in Sydney, comprised of Andre Braganza (Piano), Jae Ryder (Bass) and Lachlan Robinson (Drums), who have been perfecting their intimate and recognisable sound both individually and as a collective.

Inspired by some of the finest Jazz musicians and their respective groups — Bill Evans, Keith Jarrett, Oscar Peterson — the Dijon Trio is dedicated to bringing you a defined and tasteful sound that will have you craving more.

Dinner: $80 per person

Set menu: alternate drop of baked chicken, grilled Atlantic salmon or sirloin steak. With entrees and selection of desserts. Ticket includes performance by the Dijon Trio.
